Carpet Cleaning
Tiger Paws' truck-mounted extraction cleans most efficiently because it heats the waterto a higher temperature breaks up dirt and bacteria. The high pressure suction draws dirt and moisture out of the carpet leaving your carpets clean, dry, and healthy. All carpets are cleaned in accordance with recommendations of the world's largest and most experienced carpet mills:

• pre-spray to break up any oils
• use emulsifier solutions without the soapy residue
• deep steam-clean, paying attention to spotting and heavily soiled areas
• hot water flushes dirt and pollutants from the fibers
• high-pressure suction draws out dirt, debris, and moisture

Carpet Repairs
A stitch in time saves nine. Damage caused by pets, burns, and cuts are best handled by making a repair in the carpet and if the repairs are made early enough, can minimize the amount of damage. Repairs are usually much less expensive than our clients expect and much cheaper than recarpeting an entire room.

Re-stretching is simply tightening the carpet because it has expanded or shifted from wear. In time, even properly installed carpet will develop wrinkles. For safety, and to prevent excess wearing on the affected carpet, the carpet should be re-stretched. We use carpet kickers or power stretchers to get the carpet taut again.

Tile and Grout Service
Your tile and grout will be sparkling clean and fresh when we carefully seal it so everyday spills can easily be cleaned. We will advise you how to care for your tile for long term easy maintenance.

• give your grout and tile a good old fashioned scrubbing with non-acid cleaners
• use specially designed grout cleaning brushes
• use a hot water neutralizing rinse applied at high pressure
• finish up with a high power extraction that completely removes soil.

As tile and natural stone have grown in popularity, so have the cleaning challenges. Soil is absorbed into the grout and settles into the pores of the hard surface. Our powerful hard-surface cleaning system will safely remove built up dirt and grime and make your tile and grout surfaces sparkle again, saving you valuable time and money. Harsh cleaners, though improving appearance initially, can strip away sealant and even open up the tile or stone allowing dirt, grease, and soil to penetrate deeper into the surface. Mopping becomes less and less effective as the grout attracts soil and discolors.
